We have started experimenting with making our own vinegar. 

 

In small batches, using what grows around us. 

 

A few months ago we made our first wine vinegar from grapes grown in a small vineyard that belongs to our family.

It was a mix of white and dark grapes and it turned into the most beautiful pink colour. 

 

The flavour was like a rosé wine.  We made a small amount, and it sold out almost instantly.

We plan to keep making more of these small, seasonal batches.
