I’ve always had a thing for beautiful objects.

I love interiors, textures, and pieces that tell a story.

Maybe it’s my earth sign talking, but there’s something grounding about clay.

I love working with it, but I’m not skilled enough to bring the ideas in my head fully to life.

So we called in help.

We met Maria Monasterio when she was just starting out.

Now she makes ceramics for Michelin-starred restaurants and is becoming a rising star.

We’re proud to be working with her.

Each piece is hand-thrown stoneware.

We release a small-batch collection with every olive harvest.

They’re available as part of a bundle with our olive oil.

MEET MARIA MONASTERIO

All pieces are designed by 'yours truly' and made by Maria Monastario, a ceramist based in Málaga.

Originally trained as an architect, Maria moved gradually toward ceramics, driven by a fascination with material, form and function.

We were looking for someone who could translate our vision into form.

Someone who works with care, and who is conscious about materials and process.

Today she is a respected name in the Spanish ceramic scene known for her refined technique and custom work for Michelin-starred restaurants.

Each piece is made by hand, in small batches, using natural glazes and durable stoneware.
