We produce and sell small-batch, estate-grown olive oil, raw honey, vinegar, and artisanal goods from our family farm in the Montes de Málaga. Orders are shipped from Belgium.

PRODUCTS

Our products are natural, seasonal, and made in limited batches. This means:

Availability may be limited
Small variations in taste, colour, or appearance are normal
Handcrafted ceramics may vary slightly in shape or finish

By ordering, you accept the artisanal nature of the goods.

PRICES & VAT

All prices are shown in EUR and include Spanish VAT unless otherwise noted.

If you’re a business within the EU and have a valid VAT number, you may be eligible for VAT-exempt intra-community invoicing. Please contact us before placing your order.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including product availability, payment issues, or incorrect information.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands

All orders are shipped from Belgium

Dispatch within 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier

Shipping costs are shown at checkout

We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will always assist in tracking down your package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Food products (like olive oil or honey) cannot be returned if opened

If you cancel within the return period, we will refund your payment, including the original shipping fee. Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
