SHIPPING

We ship from Belgium.  After each harvest, we bring all our products from our olive grove in the Montes de Málaga to Belgium, and from there we send them directly to you.

 

• Shipping destinations: Currently, we ship to Belgium and the Netherlands

  Want to ship elsewhere? Reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

• Dispatch time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

• Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout

  Free shipping on:

   

  • Year orders (9L or more)

  • Group orders (30L or more, paid by one person)

 

We’ll notify you once your order is on its way, with tracking info included.

RETURNS

​

We hope everything arrives just as it should. If something’s off, here’s how returns work:

 

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

• For food products like olive oil or honey, opened containers cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

If your return is valid:

 

• We’ll refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost

• Return shipping is at your own expense

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the item

 

HOW TO START A RETURN?

2. Mention your order number and the items you’d like to return

3. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions

4. Once we receive and check the items, we’ll issue your refund
