Our Rebel Honey is raw, unfiltered wildflower honey from bees that roam freely around our olive grove and the edges of the Montes de Málaga natural park. It’s made in small batches by a local beekeeper who works with deep respect for the bees.
This is real honey.

Each jar comes with a wooden spoon, because touching honey with metal can reduce its natural enzymes and alter its delicate balance. The wooden spoon ensures you can enjoy its full, raw goodness.
Important Note: do not give honey to babies under 12 months old. Raw honey can contain botulism spores, which, although harmless to older children and adults, can be dangerous to babies under 12 months because their immune systems are still developing.
