Rebel Honey – Raw Wildflower Honey (500 gram)
Sweet, wild, and straight from nature.
Our Rebel Honey is raw, unfiltered wildflower honey from bees that roam freely around our olive grove and the edges of the Montes de Málaga natural park. It’s made in small batches by a local beekeeper who works with deep respect for the bees.
This is real honey.
Naturally rich in enzymes and trace pollen, with a taste that changes ever so slightly with the seasons.
Each jar comes with a wooden spoon, because touching honey with metal can reduce its natural enzymes and alter its delicate balance. The wooden spoon ensures you can enjoy its full, raw goodness.
Important Note: do not give honey to babies under 12 months old. Raw honey can contain botulism spores, which, although harmless to older children and adults, can be dangerous to babies under 12 months because their immune systems are still developing.
Perfect for:
– Stirring into tea or drizzling over toast
– Sweetening breakfast bowls, dressings or marinades
– Gifting to someone who appreciates the good stuff
Why it stands out:
- 100% raw and unfiltered — never heated, never blended
- Harvested with care by a beekeeper who works in tune with nature
- Comes from bees that forage wild flowers, herbs, and blossoms around our land
- No additives, no treatments, no nonsense.
- Comes with a wooden spoon to preserve its enzymes and pure taste
Size: 500 gram
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Crystallisation is natural. Gently warm it if you want it runny again.
