You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone on your behalf) receive the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopenend, and in its original packaging. For food products like olive oil, we cannot accept returns of opened containers due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you cancel the order within the return period, we will refund you all payements received from you, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
We will issue your refund once we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Alle bestellingen worden zorgvuldig verpakt en verzonden vanuit België.
Omdat we kleinschalig werken en alles met zorg behandelen, kan het 3 tot 5 werkdagen duren voor je bestelling verzonden wordt.
